Though the shop floors are very well illuminated and air-conditioned, they are spacious and well ventilated, allowing a lot of natural light and air to flow in. The factory has been built on strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, along with fire alarm systems and fire hydrants.
The health and safety of our employees are of the utmost importance. We maintain hygienic working conditions at all times. Moreover, our vast infrastructure enables us to spread out our operations over a large area. We are capable of working with a large workforce and, at the same time, maintaining current standards of social distancing. All our employees and workers are provided with masks and other protective equipment. Each floor comes with dedicated handwash stations. Moreover, we sanitise our office and factory on a monthly basis, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to maintaining a hygienic and healthy workplace.
We are a sensitive organisation that empowers employees with their right to information. Every shop floor is equipped with posters communicating safety measures, emergency exit routes, employee rights and responsibilities, sexual harassment measures, etc.
