Our head office in Kasba Industrial Estate, together with our factory located in the heart of Kolkata Leath-er Complex, has been built on an area of approximately 134,000 square feet (12,500 square metres). Our factory is spread across an area of approximately 118,000 square feet (11,000 square metres) (four floors of approximately 26,500 square feet each (2,500 square metres each) and a canteen area), and has an annual capacity to manufacture 1,000,000 pieces Small Leather Goods (SLGs) such as wallets, purses, accessories, and 400,000 pieces of bags.
Our range of machines used in production includes: Splitting Machine, Skiving Machine, Hot Roto Plating Machine, Clicking Machine, CAD (Computer Aided Design) Pattern Cutting Machine, Gluing Machine, Stitching Machine, Leather Measuring Machine, Embossing Machine, Edge Colouring Machine. We source these machines from various global brands such as Durkopp Adler, Mitsubishi, Juki, Omac, Fortuna.
